I have been “slipping” in my WFPB no SOS lifestyle resulting in gaining wt, chronic fatigue, mental fog & decrease desire to exercise/enjoy nature. No wonder since a chemical in bleached bread flour is used in animal labs to induce diabetes!

Thanks for sharing the YUKA app. My research states it can be used for cosmetics/toiletries which I also want to “clean up”!

My resolve to optimize my health is renewed! Thank you FRN & all the folks that shared comments to help re-educate me.

I use the yucca app which helps when food shopping to check out a product cause you can get overwhelmed with all the ingredients and how they disguised them with different names. You don’t need years of research. Just look up pictures of people from the 1950s and now and see how few fit people there are people need to join together and let the government know we’re tired of this.
